1. Scope
This Policy applies to paid subscription plans offered by Tanuplay, including:
- Ad-Free: Ad-Free coupon benefit for each successful billing cycle.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds may be subject to Stripe processing rules, payment network rules, and applicable law.
2. Subscription Payments
Subscription charges are generally billed by cycle. Each successful billing cycle may generate service benefits for that cycle.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges according to the subscription settings, but it does not automatically refund charges that have already been successfully processed.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
We may approve a refund where:
- A duplicate charge occurred.
- A billing or technical error prevented benefit delivery.
- Required by applicable law.
- We determine, after review, that a refund is appropriate.
We may decline a refund where:
- The Ad-Free coupon has already been delivered, revealed, copied, redeemed, expired, or misused.
- The request involves user-side loss, disclosure, theft, or misuse of a code.
- We detect abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, policy violations, or false information.
- The request relates to third-party merchant restrictions, regional limits, balance issues, or redemption failures outside our control.
4. Benefits After Refund
If a full refund is processed, we may suspend, revoke, invalidate, or mark as unavailable the benefits connected to the refunded billing cycle to the extent permitted by law.
For Ad-Free subscriptions, this may include invalidating the Ad-Free coupon benefit for the refunded cycle.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds, credits, or other adjustments may be offered at our discretion or where required by law. Any partial refund may affect benefit availability for the related billing cycle.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend related subscription access and benefits while the dispute is reviewed.
Chargebacks involving redeemed, claimed, or delivered benefits may be contested with supporting records, including order, subscription, benefit, delivery, and redemption information.
7. How to Request a Refund

Please do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or other highly sensitive credentials by email.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time.
When we update:
- We will revise the Last Updated date.
- Material changes may be communicated through additional notice where legally required.
