Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Service
Tanuplay offers an Ad-Free subscription service.
For each successful eligible billing cycle, one Ad-Free coupon benefit may be issued. The validity period of the Ad-Free coupon benefit is 7 days.
2. Price and Billing Frequency
The subscription price, billing frequency, subscription start date, transaction amount, payment date, and renewal price will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment.
The current standard recurring price for the Ad-Free subscription is $5.99 per week, unless a different price, trial, first-week offer, discount, or promotional term is shown at checkout.
By starting or purchasing a subscription, you authorize Tanuplay and Stripe to charge your selected payment method automatically according to the price and billing frequency shown at checkout.
3. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription starts on the date shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.
Your subscription will renew automatically until you cancel. Unless canceled before the next billing date, Stripe will charge your payment method for the next billing cycle at the renewal price and frequency shown at checkout.
4. Trial or Promotional Terms
If the checkout page or offer page shows a free trial, first-week offer, discounted period, or other promotional pricing, that offer applies only for the period displayed.
After the trial or promotional period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular recurring price shown at checkout unless you cancel before the renewal charge.
5. Checkout Consent
Before completing checkout, you must actively confirm that you have read and agree to these Subscription Terms. This consent checkbox must not be checked by default.

6. Online Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription online at:

After signing in, open your subscription settings and follow the cancellation instructions. The cancellation process should be simple and available online.

Canceling stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund charges that have already been successfully processed.
7. Benefit Issuance
Each successful billing cycle may generate one Ad-Free coupon benefit.
Coupon delivery may occur through the success page, transactional email, dashboard, or another service-related delivery method.
If payment fails, checkout expires, or the subscription is canceled or otherwise inactive, benefit delivery may be delayed, limited, or unavailable.
8. Payment Failures
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment according to its payment processing settings.
If a payment is declined, the related receipt or notice should describe the decline reason where available. If multiple billing attempts occur within a 24-hour period, we may provide one receipt or notice covering those attempts.
During a failed payment, past due, expired, or canceled state, access and benefit issuance may be delayed, suspended, or unavailable.
9. Order Confirmation and Receipts
After you complete a subscription order, we will send a subscription confirmation by email or other electronic communication.
The confirmation will include:
- The purchased product name.
- Product details and service description.
- These Subscription Terms, including trial or promotional terms where applicable.
- Clear cancellation instructions.

For each successful recurring charge, we will provide a transaction receipt by email or other electronic communication. The receipt will include cancellation instructions and the online cancellation link.
10. Renewal Reminder
We will send a renewal reminder at least 7 days before the next billing date where required by applicable card network rules or law.
The reminder will include:
- These Subscription Terms.
- Clear cancellation instructions.
- The online cancellation link:

The reminder email subject line should clearly refer to the upcoming charge, for example: "Important Information About Upcoming Charges to Your Account".
Renewal reminder emails should be distinguishable from marketing emails so that users can recognize them as service-related billing notices.
11. Changes, Termination, and Written Confirmation
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time.
When we update:
- We will revise the Last Updated date.
- Material changes may be communicated through additional notice where legally required.
If we materially modify these Subscription Terms, or if your subscription is terminated by you or by us, we will provide written confirmation in paper or electronic form where required.
If you cancel your subscription, we will provide written confirmation within 7 days after the cancellation decision where required by applicable card network rules or law.
12. No Misleading Marketing
We do not intend to use deceptive or misleading marketing descriptions for subscription services.
Subscription details, including service description, price, billing frequency, trial or promotional terms, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions, should be disclosed clearly before checkout.
13. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Return Policy.
If a refund is processed, we may suspend, revoke, invalidate, or mark as unavailable the Ad-Free coupon benefit connected to the refunded billing cycle to the extent permitted by law.
